1. Services Provided

We provide professional dog training, K9 security deployment, and rescue coordination services. All training programs are subject to an initial assessment of the dog's temperament.

2. Client Responsibilities

Owners must disclose any history of aggression or medical issues.
Consistency in following trainer instructions is crucial for success.
For security services, clients must provide a safe environment for handlers and dogs (unless otherwise agreed for patrol duties).

3. Liability

While we exercise extreme care, Dakash Dog Training cannot be held liable for:

Injuries sustained by dogs during vigorous training activities or play, despite safety protocols.
Actions of the dog outside of our direct supervision.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are agreed upon prior to service commencement. Deposits for security deployments and boarding training are non-refundable unless cancellations are made 7 days in advance.

5. Rescue Services

Rescue operations are provided as a community service. We reserve the right to prioritize cases based on medical urgency and resource availability within Jaipur.
